Master the art of making tapas under the guidance of an expert chef on this 2.5-hour small-group cooking class in Madrid, create 10 different tapas and enjoy your homemade dinner, accompanied by a selection of regional wines.
Experience a culinary journey throughout Spain with a tapas cooking class that will teach you how to make 10 different tapas. This small-group class offers you a hands on cooking experience. The best part is, after you have finished making the food, you get to enjoy a meal of what you prepared.
We will have free home made Sangría during the whole class and we will prepare

    Typical Spanish cold tomato soup

    Made out of one of the best sheep cheese in Spain, we will lear how to create lollipops

  3. Main · Pil pil cod fish
    Typical from Basque country, cod fish, garlic and lot of Spanish olive oil

  4. Starter · Coca con sobrasada
    Sort of pizza with pork very typical from Balear Islands

  5. Main · Galician style scallops
    prepared with tomato and bread crumbs

  6. Dessert · Horchata torrijas
    French toast with Horchata

  7. Main · Cider chorizo Typical from Asturias

  8. Main · Spanish omelette
    with potatoes and with or without onion, you decide!

A Punto is a cooking school, a book shop specialized in cook books and a place where people come to learn about gastronomy and wine. A Punto was born from the desire of its three partners to make Madrid the place where gastronomic culture could have his spreading. Sara Cucala and Ana Lorente, reknown gastronomic journalists, are running the centre and offer their professional knowledge to create the courses. Roberta Bruno, marketing manager and wine sommelier focuses on the international part of the business.

Madrid is a very well connected city nationally and internationally by train, air and road. It is the center of the Spanish railway network, it has very good road network and the main international airport is just 8 miles (13 km) from the city center.

All flights, whether low-cost or standard carriers, fly into the main international airport in Madrid called Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport, which is extremely well connected and close to the city centre.
