The Outdoor Painting courses aim to develop the student's ability to understand and interpret the different light phenomena that nature presents throughout the day through sketches and drafts in places of great aesthetic and cultural interest, combined with a pleasant journey through the neighborhood.

Program
The quick outdoor painting course is one of the most fun and memorable formats offered by the academy: In sessions of 3 hours in the mornings and 3 hours in the afternoons, the student's ability to understand and depict, through painting, the various light phenomena observed in the city will be developed, using quick sketches and the traditional "alla prima" painting technique.

What’s included
Our price includes course, booking fee and certificate of attendance. Painting materials are included except for brushes and canvases, which are for personal use.
Not included: meals and accommodation (but we can help you find one upon request).

The school in Madrid was born in more than 25 years ago with the intention to bring together young cultural agents of the Madrid art scene and to collaborate internationally.
Located in Malasaña, the well-known art district, the school has a space dedicated to exhibitions, it hosts an artist residency program and the offer is topped up with a space open to all art students.
